西帕依固龈液联合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中炎性因子及牙周指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨西帕依固龈液联合牙周基础治疗在慢性牙周炎(CP)患者的作用。方法选取2022年3月—2024年3月商河县人民医院收治的80例CP患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用复方氯己定含漱液联合牙周基础治疗,观察组采用西帕依固龈液联合牙周基础治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。比较两组的临床疗效、炎性因子水平、牙周指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎性因子水平、牙周指标比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、高敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙周探诊深度浅于对照组,附着丧失优于对照组,菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合牙周基础治疗CP患者的疗效显著,能够有效降低机体的炎性反应,恢复牙周功能,且不良反应较少。Objective To explore the effect of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with basic periodontal treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods Eighty patients with CP admitted to the Shanghe County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle combined with basic periodontal treatment,while the observation group was treated with Xipayi mouth rinse combined with basic periodontal treatment,both groups of patients were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,periodontal indicators,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and periodontal indicators were compared between the two groups,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the probing depth of periodontal in the observation group was shallower than that in the control group,the attachment loss was better than that in the control group,and both the plaque index and the sulcus bleeding index were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with basic periodontal tre
