摘　　要：胆汁酸(BA)在视网膜疾病中的作用尚未完全明确,但近年来的研究表明,BA可能在视网膜的病理生理过程中扮演一定的角色。BA是肝脏产生的一种物质,主要参与脂肪的消化和吸收。在某些病理状态下,BA可能进入血液循环并到达视网膜。BA可能通过诱导氧化应激、炎症反应或直接的细胞毒性作用,对视网膜细胞造成损害。近年来,研究发现BA在视网膜疾病中具有重要的作用,本文综合国内外学者的研究成果进行概括总结,以供参考。The role of bile acids(BA)in retinal diseases is not fully understood,but recent studies have suggested that BA may play a role in the pathophysiological processes of the retina.BA is a substance produced by the liver that is mainly involved in the digestion and absorption of fat.In some pathological states,BA may enter the blood circulation and reach the retina.BA may cause damage to retinal cells by inducing oxidative stress,inflammatory responses,or direct cytotoxic effects.In recent years,BA has been found to play an important role in retinal diseases.This paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars for reference.
