摘　　要：时隔10年美国心脏协会(AHA)/美国卒中协会(ASA)于2024-10-21发布了新版卒中一级预防指南,该指南在2014年《卒中一级预防指南:美国心脏协会/美国卒中协会致医疗专业者的声明》的基础上,梳理与汇总之后发表的临床研究、流行病学研究、Meta分析等,提出了不同人群、不同年龄段卒中一级预防建议,新增了跨性别人群,细化了饮食结构、生活方式、疾病筛查、药物治疗等内容。本文介绍了卒中相关危险因素的分类、卒中一级预防中的健康行为和健康因素管理、动脉粥样硬化和非动脉粥样硬化风险因素、特殊人群、心脏疾病、抗血小板治疗的一级预防、其他方面,旨在为我国卒中一级预防提供参考。After a decade,the American Heart Association(AHA)/American Stroke Association(ASA)released the updated guidelines for primary stroke prevention on October 21,2024.This guideline updates the 2014 Guideline for the Primary Prevention of Stroke:a Statement for Healthcare Professionals from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association by reviewing and summarizing clinical studies,epidemiological research and meta-analyses published since then,it provided recommendations for primary stroke prevention across different populations and age groups,but also included new advice for transgender individuals and provided more detailed contents on diet structure,lifestyle,disease screening,and pharmacological treatment.This article introduces the classification of risk factors related to stroke,health behavior and management of health factors in primary prevention of stroke,atherosclerosis and non atherosclerosis risk factors,special population,heart disease,primary prevention of antiplatelet therapy,and other aspects,in order to provide reference for primary prevention of stroke in China.
