摘  要:缺血性脑卒中(IS)主要以脑血管的急速堵塞为特点,可造成脑组织不可逆性损伤,目前其发病逐渐年轻化,且致残、致死率较高,这加重了社会经济负担。本文以中药材红花中的主要成分羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)作为切入点,简述了其口服和静脉滴注的药代动力学特点,同时论述了HSYA治疗IS的机制,包括抑制氧化应激、抑制炎症反应、促进血管新生、调控细胞自噬,这可为后续HSYA在临床上的实际应用提供一定参考。Ischemic stroke(IS)is mainly characterized by rapid blockage of cerebral vessels,which can cause irreversible damage to brain tissue.At present,the incidence of IS is gradually younger,and the disability and fatality rate are high,which increases the social and economic burden.In this paper,hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA),the main component of safflower in traditional Chinese medicine,was taken as an entry point to briefly describe its pharmacokinetic characteristics in oral and intravenous infusion,at the same time,this paper discussed the mechanism of HSYA in the treatment of IS,including inhibition of oxidative stress,inhibition of inflammation,promotion of angiogenesis,regulation of autophagy,which can provide some reference for the subsequent practical application of HSYA in clinical practice.
