摘  要:本研究通过气相色谱法对电力设备绝缘油中的溶解气体进行了精确分析,致力于提升溶解气体和含气量测定的准确性,进而确保电力设备状态评估的精确性。研究深入探讨了绝缘油采样的标准化流程、注射器密封性能、气体转移过程中的潜在误差,以及色谱仪器型号等影响因素对测定结果的具体影响。基于这些关键因素的全面试验分析,本研究提出了一系列创新的优化措施,以降低测试过程中的误差,增强数据的精确度和可信度。这些措施的实施,将显著提升绝缘油溶解气体测定的科学性和实用性。This study employs gas chromatography to conduct an accurate analysis of dissolved gases in the insulating oil of electrical equipment,with the aim of enhancing the precision of dissolved gas and gas content measurements,thereby ensuring the accuracy of the condition assessment of electrical equipment.The research delves into the standardization of the insulating oil sampling process,the sealing performance of syringes,potential errors in the gas transfer process,and the specific impact of the type of chromatographic instrument on the measurement results.Based on a comprehensive experimental analysis of these key factors,the study proposes a series of innovative optimization measures to reduce errors in the testing process and to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the data.The implementation of these measures will significantly improve the scientific and practical aspects of dissolved gas measurement in insulating oil.
