摘 要:针对台体类零件在加工过程中装夹找正等辅助时间占比较大、加工效率低的问题,设计了一款高精度自动整分装置,通过零点的高重复定位精度快速装夹,有效提高了加工精度和效率。依据装置功能和零件的加工工艺,开发相应控制方法,整个控制系统以可编程控制器为核心,通过485通信和逻辑程序控制伺服电机和零点系统等执行元件,达到装置的整分功能的目的;通过压力传感器等感应元件进行动作到位检测,实现系统的闭环控制。自动整分装置控制系统可以与机床通讯,通过机床加工进行联动,同时设计了交互界面,能够实现人工与自动的切换,操作简单,且具有误操作等功能。A high-precision automatic sorting device is designed in this paper to address the problem of high auxiliary time such as clamping and alignment during the machining process of platform parts,and low machining efficiency.By quickly clamping with high repeatability positioning accuracy at zero,the machining accuracy and efficiency have been effectively improved.Based on the functions of the device and the processing technology of the parts,corresponding control methods are developed.The entire control system is centered around a programmable controller,which controls the servo motor and zero point system through 485 com⁃munication and logic programs to achieve the overall function of the device.By using pressure sensors and other sensing elements to detect the position of the action,closed-loop control of the system is achieved.The control system of the automatic sorting device can communicate with the machine tool and be linked through machine tool processing.At the same time,an interactive interface is designed to enable manual and automatic switching,with simple operation and functions such as misoperation.
