摘 要:车载机柜及车载设备由于各自由度之间的相互耦合,固有频率分布范围较宽,因此需要对车载机柜进行振动分析和隔振设计,根据经典模型建立机柜的运动力学方程,通过计算得出减振系统的位移量主要取决于两项比值的结论。通过振动和冲击分析,得出隔振器刚度和阻尼特性的优选方案,并对隔振器进行了选型。最后提出了车载设备加固的指导方法,对于车载机柜的隔振系统的建立提供了良好的指导,为相关类型的隔振系统的设计提供可靠的理论数据支撑。Due to the mutual coupling between various degrees of freedom,the natural frequency distribution range of the on⁃board cabinet and onboard equipment is relatively wide.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct vibration analysis and isolation design for the onboard cabinet.Based on the classical model,the dynamic equation of the cabinet is established,and the conclusion is drawn that the displacement of the vibration reduction system mainly depends on the ratio of the two items through calculation.Through vibration and impact analysis,the optimal scheme for the stiffness and damping characteristics of the isolator is obtained,and the isolator is selected.Finally,a guidance method for strengthening on-board equipment is proposed,providing good guidance for the establishment of vibration isolation systems for on-board cabinets and providing reliable theoretical data support for the de⁃sign of related types of vibration isolation systems.
