基于AGIL模型的“四链融合”创新人才培养研究——以“武汉·中国光谷”产教联合体为例

摘　　要：当前我国正处于产业转型升级的关键节点,人才是产业转型升级的关键要素,特别是人才的创新能力是关键。市域产教联合体主要任务是开展协同育人和助力产业创新,创新人才培养是重点任务。以“武汉·中国光谷”产教联合体创新人才培养研究为例,基于帕森斯“AGIL”模型分析,适应产业发展新变化和新需求;达成创新人才培养目标功能;整合资源力量促进产教“融合共生”;以制度建构、文化认同及价值规范保证共生和共荣发展。通过顶层设计双向对接人才供需,协同创新精准匹配产业发展,政策激励营造科教融汇生态圈,价值引领共育共享文化,实现“四链融合”,创新人才培养。At present,China is at a critical juncture of industrial transformation and upgrading,and talent is the key element of industrial transformation and upgrading,especially the innovation ability of talents.The primary task of the municipal industry-education consortium is to carry out collaborative education and support for industrial innovation,with the cultivation of innovative talents is the key task.This paper takes the research on the cultivation of innovative talents in the"Wuhan China Optics Valley"industry-education consortium as an example,based on Parsons'"AGIL"model analysis,it adapts to new changes and demands in industrial development;achieves the functional goal of cultivating innovative talent;integrates resources to promote the"symbiotic integration"of industry and education;and ensures symbiotic and prosperous development through institutional construction,cultural identity,and value norms.Through top-level design,the bidirectional docking of talent supply and demand is achieved;collaborative innovation precisely matches industrial development;policy incentives create an ecosystem where science and education blend;value guidance fosters a culture of sharing;achieving"Four-Chain Integration"in innovative talent cultivation.
