摘  要:科学高效的人才培养模式是实现本科层次职业教育高质量发展的关键要素。我国本科层次职业教育兼备职业教育和高等教育的双重特性,具有市场性和一般适用性等性质,能够促进产业结构、人才结构、就业结构、技术结构相互匹配。以类型划分的本科层次职业教育培养的人才应具有技术技能应用性、综合性和高级性。从办学理念、培养目标、专业设置、课程体系、师资建设、实训保障等六个维度分析本科职业教育发展现状,正视困境,找到内因,实现突破,把握德、日、我国台湾地区等国内外先进职教理念,构建了适合于我国发展的现代职业教育“六维突破”发展模式路径。Scientific and efficient talent training mode is the key factor to realize the high-quality development of undergraduate vocational education.Undergraduate level vocational education has the dual characteristics of both vocational education and higher education in china,with the characteristics of market and general applicability to promote the matching of industrial structure,talent structure,employment structure and technical structure.The undergraduate level vocational education is divided by types.The trained talents are applied,comprehensive and advanced in technical skills.This paper analyzes the current situation from the six dimensions of school running concept:training objectives,specialty setting,curriculum system,teacher construction and practical training guarantee to face up to the difficulties,find the internal causes and achieve a breakthrough and grasp the concepts of advanced vocational education at home and abroad such as Germany,Japan and Taiwan District,China to build a"six dimensional breakthrough"development model path of modern vocational education suitable for China's development.
