摘  要:“四新”建设(新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科)是高等教育人才培养的中国方案,开创了科技人才培养的新局面,对面向未来的科技人才所必备的信息素养能力提出了更高要求。通过深入解读相关政策、广泛调研相关文献,并挖掘教育部“四新”研究与改革实践立项项目内容,基于能力素质模型,构建了“四新”建设背景下科技人才培养目标的素质要素特征框架,旨在寻求信息素养教育发力点;从信息素养教育体系建设、课程建设、资源库建设、实践平台建设、自评量表、服务建设等方面,探索了构建基于信息素养教育视角的科技人才培养目标的提升路径。The construction of“new four disciplines”(new engineering discipline,new medicine discipline,new agriculture discipline,new liberal arts discipline)is the Chinese program of talent cultivation in higher education,which creates a new situation of scientific and technological talent cultivation,and puts forward higher requirements for the necessary information literacy ability of the scientific and technological talents facing the future.Through in-depth interpretation of relevant policies,extensive research of relevant literature,and excavation of project contents of the Ministry of Education's research and reform practice of“four new disciplines”,and based on the competency model,this paper constructs the framework of the quality elements and characteristics of the training objectives of scientific and technological talents under the background of“four new disciplines”construction,aiming at seeking the power point of information literacy education;and from the aspects of information literacy education system construction,curriculum construction,resource base construction,practice platform construction,self-rating scale construction,service construction and so on,explores the promotion paths of constructing scientific and technological talents training goals based on information literacy education.
