摘　　要：Piggyback人工晶状体植入术是一种在眼内植入两个人工晶状体的手术。这种手术最初被应用于先天性小眼球合并高度远视的患者。近年来,许多研究者相继尝试在多种不同的临床场景下应用Piggyback人工晶状体植入术,以解决复杂屈光问题,提升视觉质量,改善特定人群生活质量。新手段、新技术、新人工晶状体类型不断涌现。随着其应用范围的不断拓宽,Piggyback人工晶状体植入术正受到越来越多的关注。本文旨在对Piggyback人工晶状体植入术临床应用的新进展进行综述。Piggyback intraocular lens implantation is a surgery to implant two intraocular lenses in one eye.This kind of surgery was initially applied to patientswith microphthalmos and extreme hyperopia.In recent years,many re-searchers have tried to apply piggyback intraocular lens implantation in a variety of different clinical scenarios to solve com-plex refractive problems,improve visual quality,and improve the quality of life of specific populations.New methods,new technologies,and new types of intraocular lenses are constantly emerging.With the continuous expansion of its application range,piggyback intraocular lens implantation is receiving more and more attention.This article aims to review the new de-velopments in the clinical application of piggyback intraocular lens implantation.
