摘　　要：目的分析国家临床执业医师分阶段考试心血管系统成绩的影响因素,改进教学模式,指导本科临床教学工作。方法选取某军医大学2018~2019级733名考生成绩为分析对象,采用统计软件进行分析。结果影响国家临床执医分阶段心血管系统成绩的因素有性别、学员类型、学制、专业和在校相应课程成绩,各指标在校课程考试成绩之间的差异与国家分阶段考试结果基本一致,学员在校考试成绩与国家分阶段成绩呈中度低相关。结论本科课程教学效果是影响国家临床执医分阶段考试成绩的重要因素,但《心血管系统疾病》整合课程目前教学模式和考核体系对临床执医考试的适应性不够,应进一步深化教学改革,优化考核方式,促进心血管系统本科阶段医学教育与国家执业医师资格考试更紧密的接轨。AIM To analyze the factors influencing the cardiovascular system testing scores in the staged examination of national clinical medicine licensing examination so as to improve the teaching mode and the undergraduate clinical teaching.METHODS The examination results of 733 candidates from a military medical university from 2022 to 2023 were selected as the analysis data and were analyzed by statistical software.RESULTS The factors that affected the cardiovascular system testing scores in the staged examination of national clinical medicine licensing examination included gender,type of students,length of schooling,major and their corresponding course scores in school.The differences between the scores of the school courses and the testing results of the national phased examination were basically consistent,and the scores of the students in school examination were moderately lower.CONCLUSION The teaching effect of undergraduate courses is an important factor affecting the scores of the national clinical practice examination.However,the current teaching mode and assessment system of our integrated course of Cardiovascular System Diseases are not enough to adapt to the national clinical medicine licensing examination.The teaching reform should be further deepened,the assessment method should be optimized and the medical education of cardiovascular system at the undergraduate stage should be more closely integrated with the national medical practitioner qualification examination.
