摘　　要：为了丰富浙江省宁波市火龙果种类,在当地大棚引种厄瓜多尔燕窝果和以色列黄龙果,以红皮红肉火龙果“台湾大红”为对照,比较不同种类火龙果的生物学、开花结果和果实品质等特性,并总结配套栽培技术。结果表明,厄瓜多尔燕窝果果实中心可溶性固形物含量达到20.5%,风味品质最佳,但植株长势弱,结果周期长,产量低。以色列黄龙果果实色泽靓丽,中心可溶性固形物达到18.5%,品质较佳,平均每667 m^(2)产量1315.30 kg,生长势强。结合栽培技术,建议以色列黄龙果可作为火龙果搭配品种适量种植,而厄瓜多尔燕窝果暂不宜在当地大量种植。To enrich the variety of pitaya in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province,Ecuadorian dragon fruit and Israeli yellow dragon fruit were introduced and planted in local greenhouses.With the red-skinned and red-fleshed pitaya Taiwan Dahong as control,the biological characteristics,flowering and fruiting characteristics,and fruit quality of different pitaya varieties were compared,and the corresponding cultivation techniques were summarized.The results indicated that the soluble solid content of the core of Ecuadorian yellow dragon fruit reached 20.5%,with the best flavor quality,but the plant growth was weak,and with a long fruiting cycle and a low yield.The Israeli yellow dragon fruit has a beautiful color,better quality,and the soluble solid content in the center of the fruit reached 18.5%.It showed strong growth potential with average yield of 1,315.30 kg/667 m^(2).Taking cultivation techniques into consideration,it is recommended to plant Israeli yellow dragon fruit in a moderation scale as a complementary variety,while Ecuadorian dragon fruit is not suitable for large-scale cultivation in the local area at present.
