摘  要:外能源转管武器通过电机驱动实现自动循环,高冲击载荷下电机的动态性能直接决定武器装备的技战术指标。通过分析外能源转管武器工作特性,结合其短时-间歇制的工作特点,采用高电负荷开展专用型电机设计。在不同电负荷下建立永磁同步电机电磁仿真模型,对比分析电机的功率密度及温升情况,并以降低电机转矩波动为优化目标,对高电负荷下电机结构进行优化设计。结果表明:在满足武器作战指标参数和温升条件下,高电负荷电机相较于常规电负荷电机,质量降低了28.85%,功率密度提升了28.78%;结构优化前后高电负荷电机的转矩波动降低了2.21%。研究表明鉴于转管武器短时-间歇制的工作特点,在满足性能指标前提下,提高电负荷有利于实现武器系统的小型化设计。The external energy tubular weapon realizes the automatic cycle through the motor drive,and the dynamic performance of the motor directly determines the technical and tactical indexes of the weapon equipment under high impact load.Based on the analysis of the working characteristics of the external energy tubular weapon and its short-intermittent system,the special motor design is carried out with high electric load.The electromagnetic simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was established under different electrical loads,and the power density and temperature rise of the motor were compared and analyzed.The optimal design of the motor structure under high electrical loads was carried out with the aim of reducing the motor torque fluctuation.The results show that under the conditions of satisfying the parameters of the combat indicators of the weapon and the temperature rise,compared with conventional electric load motors,the mass of high-load motors is reduced by 28.85%,and the power density is increased by 28.78%;Before and after structural optimization,the torque fluctuation of the high-load motor was reduced by 2.21%.The results show that in view of the working characteristics of the short-intermittent system of the transfer weapon,increasing the electrical load on the premise of satisfying the performance indicators is conducive to the miniaturization design of the weapon system.
