组合式差动圆柱面电容倾角传感器的输出特性研究

摘  要:由于电容传感器极板的边缘效应,导致其存在有边缘附加电容,使其灵敏度降低并产生非线性,对传感器的输出特性产生影响。为了研究组合式差动圆柱面电容倾角传感器在计及边缘效应情况下的输出特性,将保角变换法、格林函数法和计算机数值模拟相结合,首先讨论组合式差动圆柱面电容器其中一组差动传感器的输出特性,指出改善该组传感器输出特性的途径,然后在该组传感器输出特性的基础上,研究组合式差动圆柱面电容倾角传感器的输出特性。理论分析和数值模拟结果表明,可通过5个途径来改善组合式差动圆柱面电容倾角传感器的输出特性:一是使转动与固定极板所对的圆心角相等;二是减小2个固定极板间隙所对的圆心角;三是增大转动、固定极板的半径并减小其差值;四是在转动、固定极板所对的圆心角相等的情形下,增大其圆心角的数值至π/2,使该传感器的测量范围增大至π/2;五是适度增加该组合传感器的单元数。该项研究不仅为在计及极板边缘效应情况下的电容传感器电容量的计算提供了一种新的方法,也消除了极板横向边缘效应对其输出特性的影响,提高了电容传感器的测量精度,为传感器的设计与研究提供了一种新的思路,在科研上具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。Due to the edge effect of the electrode plate of the capacitive sensor,there is an additional capacitance at the edge,which reduces its sensitivity and produces nonlinearity,affecting the output characteristics of the sensor.In order to study the output characteristics of the combined differential cylindrical surface capacitance tilt sensor considering edge effects,the conformal transformation method,Green’s function method,and computer numerical simulation are combined.Firstly,the output characteristics of one group of differential sensors in the combined differential cylindrical surface capacitor are discussed,and ways to improve the output characteristics of this group of sensors are pointed out.Then,based on the output characteristics of this group of sensors,this paper studies the output characteristics of a combined differential cylindrical capacitive tilt sensor.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results indicate that there are five ways to improve the output characteristics of the combined differential cylindrical capacitive tilt sensor:firstly,make the rotation equal to the center angle of the circle opposite the fixed electrode plate;Secondly,reduce the center angle between the two fixed electrode plates;Thirdly,increase the radius of the rotating and fixed electrode plates and reduce their difference;Forthly,increase the value of the center angle of the circle toπ/2 when the center angle of the rotating and fixed electrode plate is equal,so as to increase the measurement range of the sensor toπ/2;Fifthly,moderately increase the number of units in this combination sensor.This study not only provides a new method for calculating the capacitance of capacitive sensors considering the edge effect of the electrode plate,but also eliminates the influence of the lateral edge effect of the electrode plate on its output characteristics,improves the measurement accuracy of capacitive sensors,and provides a new approach for the design and research of sensors.It has certain theoretical significance a
