摘 要:在内装式永磁同步电机弱磁调速系统的2种工况中,针对传统PI控制方法存在转速超调大、负载扰动等问题,研究设计了一种基于滑模控制的弱磁调速控制策略。在额定转速以内时,通过对传统指数趋近律滑模控制的抖振原因进行分析,设计了基于新型指数趋近律的转速滑模控制器,并通过Lyapunov函数分析了新型趋近律的稳定性。在弱磁扩速工况下,针对PMSM直轴和交轴强耦合,非线性的特点,在变交轴电压单电流调节器法的基础上,设计了一种以二阶超螺旋算法为基础的转速环控制器。在Matlab/Simulink上对调速系统进行仿真建模,仿真结果显示,相比传统指数趋近律滑模控制和PI控制,所提出的调速控制策略能够有效提升PMSM调速系统的响应速度,减少超调,增强系统抗负载扰动能力。In the two working conditions of the flux-weakening speed regulation system of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,aiming at the problems of large speed overshoot and load disturbance in the traditional PI control method,a flux-weakening speed regulation control strategy based on sliding mode control is studied and designed.When the rated speed is within the rated speed,through the analysis of the chattering reason of the traditional exponential reaching law sliding mode control,a speed sliding mode controller based on the new exponential reaching law is designed,and the stability of the new reaching law is analyzed by Lyapunov function.Under the condition of weak magnetic expansion,aiming at the strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics of PMSM direct axis and quadrature axis,a speed loop controller based on second-order super-twisting algorithm is designed on the basis of variable quadrature axis voltage single current regulator method.The speed control system is simulated and modeled on Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional exponential reaching law synovial control and PI control,the proposed speed control strategy can effectively improve the response speed of PMSM speed control system,reduce overshoot and enhance the system’s ability to resist load disturbance.
