摘  要:CTCS-3无线通信超时影响列车运行效率,通过对广州局在2018—2023年间发生的CTCS-3无线通信超时进行梳理、统计、分析,确定急需解决的重点问题及疑难问题;以MSC转发数据帧异常、RBC侧V.110帧同步异常、SCH漏检等现场典型故障案例为突破口,通过加强对CTCS-3通信过程中各个接口的监测,利用完备的监测数据,持续开展CTCS-3无线通信超时专项整治工作,对GSM-R网络侧、车载侧、RBC侧存在的相关问题进行技术攻关和整治。通过多次整治,从根源上解决了疑难问题,管内高铁线路上发生CTCS-3无线通信超时事件的次数逐年下降,大大提高了CTCS-3运用质量,对提高铁路运输效率具有重大意义,可供其他铁路局类似问题的解决参考借鉴。The CTCS-3's wireless communication timeout will affect the efficiency of train operation.The key issues and difficulties to be addressed are figured out by sorting and statistically analyzing the wireless communication timeout incidents of the Guangzhou Bureau from 2018 to 2023.Taking typical field failure cases such as abnormal data frame forwarded by MSC,abnormal synchronization of V.110 frame on RBC side and missed SCH detection as a breakthrough,special rectification work on CTCS-3 wireless communication timeout has been continuously carried out,including efforts of technical breakthrough and rectifications on GSM-R network side,on-board equipment side,and RBC side,through strengthening monitoring and control over all the interfaces involved in the CTCS-3's communication process and utilizing comprehensive monitoring data.After repeated rectifications,the root causes of those difficult issues were resolved,resulting in a year-by-year decrease in the number of C3 wireless timeout incidents on the Guangzhou Bureau's high-speed railway lines,which has significantly improved the CTCS-3's operational quality and is of great significance for enhancing the efficiency of railway transportation,offering a reference for other railway bureau with similar issues.
