摘 要:在对自卸车进行轻量化设计中,举升车箱是其主要承载部件,各个生产商之间生产的产品差异性大,具有一定的调整空间,对上装结构进行有限元分析与结构优化设计,在降低整车生产成本和减少能耗方面有着重要意义。文中分析了上装结构的特点,建立了三维实体模型,将其导入Ansys Workbench进行了几何预处理、连接方式模拟,单元选择和网格划分,然后在几种典型工作条件下,设置相应的载荷和约束,进行静态性能分析,根据计算结果优化相应结构,获得便于轻量化的理想模型。对结构求解无约束的自由模态,验证了该结构的动态性能良好,可有效避免发生因外界激振引起的共振现象。In the lightweight design of dump trucks,significant differences across lifting trunks,serving as a main load-bearing component,from different manufacturers can be found,thus offering ample scope for improvement.Implementing finite element analysis and structural optimization for the upper structure is crucial for reducing the overall production costs and energy consumption of the whole equipment.In this paper,the characteristics of superstructure were analyzed,a three-dimensional solid model was established,which is subsequently imported into Ansys Workbench.There,under several typical working conditions,the corresponding loads and constraints were set,and the static performance was analyzed.According to the calculation results,the corresponding structure was optimized and an ideal model convenient for lightweight design was obtained.The unconstrained free mode of the structure was solved,which proves that the structure has good dynamic performance and can effectively avoid resonance caused by external excitation.
