摘　　要：为了揭示山葡萄VaLSD1基因参与调控抗寒胁迫的作用,从优质山葡萄品种双优中克隆获得了VaLSD1基因的全长序列,通过序列分析、蛋白互作网络分析、表达模式分析和亚细胞定位分析,发现VaLSD1基因编码序列长780 bp,编码259个氨基酸;VaLSD1含有3个保守的zf-LSD1结构域,VaLSD1蛋白N端存在跨膜结构;VaLSD1蛋白与多个液泡蛋白分拣因子互作;在低温胁迫下,VaLSD1基因上调表达;此外,VaLSD1蛋白定位于细胞核。研究结果可为深入解析山葡萄VaLSD1基因的分子功能提供基础,为阐明山葡萄VaLSD1基因参与抗寒应答的分子机制提供数据线索。In order to elucidate the role of the Va LSD1 gene in regulating cold stress resistance in grapes,this study cloned the full-length sequence of the Va LSD1 gene from the high-quality grape variety ‘Shuangyou’.Through sequence analysis,protein-protein interaction network analysis,expression pattern analysis,and subcellular localization analysis,it was found that the Va LSD1 gene has a coding sequence length of 780 bp,encoding 259 amino acids.Va LSD1 contains three conserved zf-LSD1 domains and a transmembrane domain at the N-terminus of the protein.Va LSD1 protein interacts with multiple vacuolar protein sorting factors.Under low-temperature stress,the expression of the Va LSD1 gene is upregulated.Additionally,Va LSD1 protein is localized in the cell nucleus.This study provides a foundation for a comprehensive understanding of the molecular function of the Va LSD1 gene in grapes and offers data clues to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of the involvement of the Va LSD1 gene in cold stress response in grapes.
