摘 要:火箭炮在自动操瞄时,车体倾斜将造成俯仰和方位两个子系统间存在耦合,必须对其解耦才能实现高精度调炮。某火箭炮产品利用双北斗天线与倾斜传感器获取火箭炮方位与姿态信息,实现了低成本高精度调炮技术。针对此类火箭炮操瞄系统建立了姿态解耦模型,将主令诸元从大地坐标转换到车体坐标下,解算出高低和方位两个子系统的转动角度。同时,针对火箭炮调炮过程中车体姿态发生变化,一次调炮到位后误差较大的情况,提出了二次修正的调炮策略。此外,分析了炮身偏差和传感器误差对调炮精度的影响,建立了误差分析模型,并给出了误差修正方法。试验表明,提出的解耦模型符合实际情况,满足调炮精度要求。When the rocket artillery is aiming automatically,the tilt of the vehicle body will cause coupling between the two subsystems of pitch and azimuth,and it must be decoupled to achieve high-precision gun tuning.A certain rocket artillery product uses dual Beidou antennas and tilt sensors to obtain azimuth and attitude information,and realizes low-cost high-precision tuning technology.An attitude decoupling model is established for this kind of rocket artillery operation and aiming system,and the rotation angles of the two subsystems of altitude and azimuth are calculated by converting the main elements from geodetic coordinates to vehicle body coordinates.At the same time,in view of the attitude change of vehicle body during the tuning process of rocket artillery and large error caused after the first tuning,a secondary correction adjustment strategy is proposed.In addition,the influence of gun body deviation and sensor error on the accuracy of gun tuning is analyzed,an error analysis model is established,and an error correction method is given.The test results show that the proposed decoupling model is in line with the actual situation and meets the requirements of gun tuning accuracy.
