摘　　要：目的分析省级检查检验结果共享互认工作难点,解决检查检验结果共享互认信息平台建设过程中的技术瓶颈。方法采用大数据实时采集、数据预加载技术、互认交互标准化接口技术,以及院端自动化部署等关键性技术方案,确保医疗机构间的信息互联互通。使用基于服务器之间传递令牌的方式实现身份认证,保护患者隐私。结果在医院端实现了服务自动化部署和霸屏显示,实现了检查检验结果共享互认业务的全链路监管,开发了可视化监管大屏进行实时监管。着力解决了原始数据标准化、云端调阅数据响应不及时、医院端服务部署和升级更新工作量大、业务监管难度大等技术和制度瓶颈。结论通过实践验证,甘肃省检查检验结果共享互认平台的建设显著提升了医疗服务效率和服务质量,推动了医疗信息的标准化和结果共享,提高了医疗资源利用效率,减轻了居民就医负担,并提供了全国推广的可行性方案的经验借鉴。Objective To analyze the difficulties in the sharing and mutual recognition of provincial inspection and testing results,and solve the technical bottlenecks in the construction process of the inspection and testing result sharing and mutual recognition information platform.Methods Key technical solutions such as real-time big data collection,data Pre-loading technology,standardized interface technology for mutual recognition and interaction,and hospital automation deployment are adopted to ensure information interconnection and intercommunication between medical institutions.Implementing identity authentication through token passing between servers to protect patient privacy.Results We have implemented service automation deployment and screen display in the hospital,achieved full chain supervision of inspection and testing result sharing and mutual recognition business,and developed a visual supervision screen for real-time supervision.Efforts have been made to solve technical and institutional bottlenecks such as standardization of raw data,delayed response to cloud data retrieval,heavy workload of hospital side service deployment and upgrade updates,and difficulty in business supervision.Conclusion Through practical verification,the construction of the inspection and testing result sharing and mutual recognition platform in Gansu Province has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of medical services,promoted the standardization and result sharing of medical information,improved the utilization efficiency of medical resources,reduced the burden of residents’medical treatment,and provided a feasible reference for nationwide promotion.
