摘 要:目的构建基于临床表型数据和医学知识的智能决策支持系统,辅助医生进行临床诊断和治疗,提高抑郁症的诊疗决策准确性和工作效率。方法整合大量真实临床表型数据和医学知识,运用自然语言处理技术深入分析医学文本中的实体、关系、属性和事件,构建知识图谱以实现知识推理。结果构建的智能决策支持系统实现了智能辅助诊断、检查检验项目智能推荐、个性化治疗方案推荐、药品处方开具及合理性审查等功能。根据系统使用前后的实际数据对比,门诊医生诊察患者的效率提升了约10%,抑郁症初诊和最终诊断的符合率提高12.3个百分点。结论系统的建设和使用显著提高了医生对抑郁症的诊断准确性和工作效率。Objective To develop an intelligent decision support system based on clinical phenotype data and medical knowledge to assist clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of depression,thereby improving diagnostic accuracy and clinical efficiency.Methods Large-scale real-world clinical phenotype data and medical knowledge were integrated.Natural language processing techniques were employed to analyze entities,relationships,attributes,and events within medical texts,and a knowledge graph was constructed to facilitate knowledge reasoning.Results The developed intelligent decision support system offers functions including intelligent auxiliary diagnosis,intelligent recommendation of examination and inspection items,personalized treatment planning,and prescription generation with rationality review.Comparative analysis of real-world data before and after system implementation showed a 10.3%increase in outpatient consultation efficiency and a 12.3%decrease in the diagnostic discrepancy rate for depression.Conclusion The implementation and use of the system significantly enhanced the accuracy of depression diagnosis and the clinical efficiency of doctors.
