摘 要:目的提升HIS系统业务处理效率,解决在应用过程中出现的技术瓶颈问题,以满足医院日益增长的业务需求,确保医院信息化系统的高效稳定运行。方法提出云原生架构升级策略,从云原生平台构建、住院药房发药功能升级、系统升级效果3个环节,详细阐述医院信息系统优化方案及实践,对云原生架构升级的关键问题进行总结。结果医院信息系统住院药房发药功能升级完成后,药房工作人员日常操作更流畅,工作效率得到很大提升。结论技术领先的云原生架构能够与原有的技术架构融合,通过相对较小的成本平滑架构升级,大幅提升医院信息系统业务支撑效果。Objective To enhance the business processing efficiency of the HIS system,address bottlenecks encountered during application,in order to meet the hospital’s ever-increasing business demands and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the hospital’s information system.Methods A cloud native architecture upgrade strategy is proposed.This paper elaborates on the optimization plan and practice of the HIS system from three aspects:cloud native platform construction,pharmacy dispensing of inpatient upgrade,and system upgrade effect.The key points of cloud native architecture upgrade are summarized.Results Following the completion of the inpatient pharmacy dispensing upgrade within the HIS,the daily operations of pharmacy staffhave become more streamlined,resulting in a significant boost in work efficiency.Conclusion The technologically advanced cloud native architecture can integrate with outdated technology architectures,smoothly upgrade the architecture with relatively low costs,and significantly improve the business support effect of HIS systems.
