摘　　要：目的解决泛集团化医院内的数据共享问题。方法基于区块链的分布式数据共享,针对泛集团化医院的不同管理形态,设计不同的数据采集和共享方式。结果成功设计了基于区块链的分布式泛集团化医院数据共享模式,实现了跨院区各类数据的可信共享,保证了数据的持久化和完整性保护。对于非同一法人、非同一所有制的合作医院,同样具有可操作性。该模式实施后一年内,案例医院的合作医院对数据共享平台的满意度较实施前提高了25%。结论基于区块链的分布式泛集团化医院数据共享模式可以满足不同管理形态下集团内各院区/合作医院之间的数据共享需求。Objective To solve the problem of data sharing among multiple hospital districts in a hospital group.Methods Distributed data sharing based on blockchain,and different data collection and sharing methods were designed according to different cooperation models of hospital groups.Results The distributed multi-hospital district data sharing model based on blockchain was successfully designed,and cross-hospital district trusted sharing of various data was realized,ensuring the persistence and integrity protection of data.For non-same legal person and non-same ownership cooperative hospitals,it is also operable.Within one year after the implementation of this model,the satisfaction of cooperative hospitals with the data sharing platform increased by 25%compared with before the implementation.Conclusion The distributed multi-hospital district data sharing model based on blockchain can adapt to data sharing among different forms of group hospitals.
