摘 要:目的通过优化合理用药监测系统(PASS)规则库,增加药物相互作用警示,减少药物治疗中的不良相互作用,提升药学服务能力。方法依据医院近年常见的联合用药不合理情况,确定需优化的药物相互作用内容。通过自定义优化PASS系统,利用人工智能实时审核用药合理性。通过比较优化前后存在药物不良相互作用的医嘱病案的占比,评价PASS系统的优化效果。结果共自定义维护1112条关于不合理联合用药的警示信息。系统优化后,药物不良相互作用医嘱病案占比显著降低,由4.483%降至2.040%。结论PASS系统的优化可显著减少存在药物不良相互作用的医嘱,提高药师服务能力。Objective By optimizing the rule base of the prescription automatic screening system(PASS),we can increase the warning of drug interactions,reduce adverse interactions in drug treatment,and improve the ability of pharmaceutical care.Methods According to the common unreasonable situation of combined drug use in the hospital in recent years,determine the drug interaction content to be optimized.Through user-defined optimization of PASS system,the rationality of medication was reviewed in real time by artificial intelligence.The optimization effect of PASS system was evaluated by comparing the proportion of adverse interaction medical records before and after optimization.Results A total of 1112 warning messages about irrational drug combination were customized and maintained.After system optimization,the proportion of medical records with adverse interactions decreased significantly from 4.483%to 2.040%.Conclusion The optimization of PASS system can significantly reduce the adverse drug interactions and medical orders,and improve the service ability of pharmacists.
