摘  要:在高等教育国际化的持续演进中,在线国际合作学习成为关键创新模式。文章明确其概念,即融合互联网技术、项目式学习和小组协作,是在共享多元文化环境中培养学生跨文化意识、合作技能和促进课程内容学习的教学方法。其目标涵盖促进跨文化交流理解、提升国际胜任力等多个维度。在线国际合作学习兴起动因多元,包括公共外交塑造国际形象需求、高等教育全面国际化转向、信息通信技术发展。当前其发展虽取得一定成果,如机构和联盟搭建网络、利用技术实现互动、融入课程等,但也面临缺乏国家战略、对技术赋能认识不足、参与制度保障缺失、质量保障机制不完善等挑战。我国推进高等教育国际化可从中借鉴,形成对在线国际合作学习的共识,搭建网络并培训教师,将其融入学分课程体系,以培养学生跨文化能力和国际胜任力。In the continuing evolution of the internationalization of higher education,Collaborative Online International Learning(COIL)has emerged as a key innovative model.The article defines COIL as a pedagogical approach that integrates internet technology,project-based learning and group collaboration,aiming to cultivate students’intercultural awareness,cooperation skills and facilitate learning of course content learning in a shared multicultural environment.Its goals include promoting cross-cultural communication and understanding,and enhancing international competence,among other aspects.The rise of online international cooperative learning is motivated by several factors,including the need for public diplomacy to shape an international image,the shift towards the comprehensive internationalization of higher education,and the development of information and communication technologies.While COIL has achieved certain progress,including the establishment of networks by institutions and alliances,the use of technology to realize interaction,and the integration of courses,it also faces challenges.These include the lack of a national strategy,insufficient understanding of technological empowerment,the lack of a participatory system,and the underdevelopment of the quality assurance mechanism.China can draw lessons from this experience to promote the internationalization of higher education,form a consensus on COIL,build a network,train teachers,and integrate it into the credit course system to cultivate students’cross-cultural competence and international competence.
