摘 要:为了研究开槽式密拼钢管桁架混凝土叠合板的受弯性能,对7个钢管桁架叠合板试件进行静力加载试验,考察各试件的破坏形态、应力分布、承载力和刚度,分析拼缝钢筋与底板钢筋的传力机理,研究拼缝钢筋配置、拼缝钢筋搭接长度、钢管桁架距拼缝距离对开槽式密拼钢管桁架叠合板受弯性能的影响。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对试验试件进行有限元分析,将试验结果与有限元结果进行对比,两者吻合较好。基于验证的有限元模型,深入研究开槽式密拼钢管桁架混凝土叠合板受力性能的影响因素和影响规律。结果表明:开槽式密拼钢管桁架叠合板未发生沿叠合面的撕裂破坏,其受弯承载力和刚度与后浇带式叠合板接近,可实现整体式拼缝叠合板的受力性能;增大拼缝钢筋的配筋率可有效控制裂缝开展,显著提高叠合板承载力;增加拼缝钢筋搭接长度可减少拼缝两侧钢筋搭接范围混凝土板裂缝,提高叠合板承载力,但当拼缝钢筋搭接长度大于1.6la时,承载力提高幅度降低;减少钢管桁架距拼缝的距离可限制裂缝开展,但对叠合板承载力影响不明显。最后给出开槽式密拼钢管桁架叠合板拼缝处受弯承载力验算方法,并提出开槽式密拼拼缝的构造要求和设计建议。In order to study the flexural behavior of steel pipe truss concrete composite slabs with rabbets,seven specimens were tested under static loading to investigate the failure mode,stress distribution,bearing capacity and stiffness.The force-transferring mechanism between the reinforcement in the splice joint and the reinforcement in the bottom plate was analyzed,and then the effects of the distance of the steel pipe truss from the splice joint,the configuration and the overlap length of the reinforcement in the splice joint on the flexural behaviors of composite slabs were studied.The finite element analysis of tested specimens were developed using ABAQUS software,it was found that the finite element analysis results agreed well with the experimental results.Based on the validated finite element models,the influential factors and rules on the mechanical behaviors of the steel pipe truss concrete composite slabs with rabbets were deeply investigated.The research results indicated that there was no tearing damage along the laminated surface of the steel pipe truss concrete composite slabs with rabbets,and their bending capacity and stiffness were closed to those of the post-cast laminated slabs.The parametric analysis revealed that the reinforcement ratio of the rebars in the splice joint evidently affected the loading capacity of the composite slab.By increasing the overlap length of the rebars in the splice joint,the cracks of the concrete adjacent to the splice joint can be reduced.In addition,the overlap length of the rebars in the splice joint could affect the loading capacity of the composite slab,but the increase amplitude of loading capacity decreased gradually when the overlap length was larger than 1.6la.Reducing the distance between the steel pipe truss and the splice joint restrained the crack development of the slab,but it had a light effect on the flexural behavior of the laminated slab.Eventually,the calculation method for the bending capacity of steel pipe truss concrete composite slabs with rabbets
