炭质泥岩填料击实特性及颗粒破碎研究

摘  要:文章为探究炭质泥岩路基填料的击实性能及击实前后级配变化规律,引入分形理论,推导良好级配范围内的分形维数,通过室内击实和筛分试验研究炭质泥岩填料击实特性和颗粒破碎行为,最后基于能量守恒原理建立炭质泥岩路基填料击实过程中的能量耗散模型。研究结果表明:当分形维数为2.135时,炭质泥岩填料达到最佳填筑级配。分形维数、最大粒径、含水率和击实次数是影响炭质泥岩填料颗粒破碎的重要因素,其中填料的分形维数对颗粒破碎率的影响最为显著。炭质泥岩填料击实后的粒径分布具有良好的分形特征,考虑到炭质泥岩击实过程中的颗粒破碎及良好级配的分形维数范围,建议对于最大粒径在20mm以内的路基填料,其合理的分形维数控制在1.78至2.60之间。通过能量耗散模型发现,炭质泥岩表面能增加速率随击实次数的增加而减少,击实过程中填料对击实能的利用率呈指数衰减。鉴于当击实次数达到70次时,炭质泥岩填料表面能几乎不再增加,建议在室内开展击实试验时炭质泥岩填料的击实次数不宜超过70次,以免造成时间和经济上的浪费。In order to investigate the compaction performance of carbonaceous mudstone fill material of roadbed and the change rule of gradation before and after compaction,the fractal theory was introduced,the fractal dimension for the range of good gradation was deduced,and the compaction characteristics and particle breakage behavior of carbonaceous mudstone fill material were investigated through laboratory compaction test and sieving test,and finally the energy dissipation model for the process of compaction of carbonaceous mudstone fill material of roadbed was established based on the principle of the conservation of energy.The research results show that the carbonaceous mudstone fill material has the optimum gradation of filling when the fractal dimension is 2.135.Fractal dimension,maximum particle size,water content and number of blows are important factors affecting the particle breakage of carbonaceous mudstone fill material,among which the fractal dimension of fill material has the most significant effect on the particle breakage rate.The particle size distribution of carbonaceous mudstone filler after compaction has good fractal characteristics.In view of the particle breakage during compaction of carbonaceous mudstone and the range of fractal dimension for good gradation,it is recommended that for fill material of roadbed with the maximum particle size of no more than 20 mm,its reasonable fractal dimension shall be controlled in the range from 1.78 to 2.60.Based on the energy dissipation model,it was found that the rate of increase in surface energy of carbonaceous mudstone decreased with the increase in the number of blows,and the efficiency of the compacting energy by the fill material during the compacting process decayed exponentially.Considering the fact that when the number of blows reaches 70,the surface energy of carbonaceous mudstone fill material hardly increases,it is suggested that the number of blows of carbonaceous mudstone fill material should not exceed 70 when the compaction test is carried out
