摘  要:针对农产品干燥设备干燥不均匀、节能效果差的问题,设计一款节能型农产品干燥设备,对农产品进行干燥处理时,可实现对放置板位置相互替换及其上农产品自动翻面处理,确保农产品受热均匀,保证干燥效果;同时放置板位置设计使干燥箱内部空腔面积较小,可降低热量损耗,并且可对干燥后气体中的余热进行回收利用,提高设备节能效果。To solve problems of uneven drying and poor energy-saving effect of agricultural product drying equipment,an energy-sav-ing agricultural product drying equipment was designed.When drying agricultural products,positions of placement plates could be real-ized to replace each other and automatically turn over surface of agricultural products,to ensure agricultural products were heated evenly and drying effect.Meanwhile,position of placement plate was designed to make internal cavity area of drying box smaller,which could reduce heat loss and through recovering waste heat in dried gas,improving energy-saving effect of equipment.
