摘  要:卓越人才培养计划开启了法科人才分类培养、纵深发展的新征程。新时代卓越法律人才培养应以“我”为自主知识体系建构基础,并向复合型和应用型维度延伸。规范和政策的执行应以马克思主义法哲学传统为依据,恰当处理专业和社会、向上和向下、核心和实践问题。教育的实用主义和理性主义对我国在坚持理念、方法选择、实践转向方面均有着积极的意义。应用和职业本科的实践教学转向应深入推进习近平法治思想的实践研究,结合学校办学定位塑造“商科法律”或“工学法治”特质,立足自我、上下联动、师生同修、双向交流,服务于法科实践自主知识体系探索。The cultivation program for outstanding talents has embarked on a new journey of classified and in-depth development of legal talents.In the new era,the cultivation of outstanding legal talents should be based on the construction of an autonomous knowledge system centered on“self”and extend to the dimensions of being interdisciplinary and applied.The implementation of norms and policies should adhere to the Marxist tradition of legal philosophy,and properly handle the relationships between professionalism and society,upward and downward mobility,core competencies and practical applications.Pragmatism and rationalism in education have positive implications for China in terms of adhering to ideas,selecting methods,and practical transformations.The practical teaching orientation of applied and vocational undergraduate education should deeply promote the practical research on Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.It should also shape the characteristics of“business law”or“engineering and law”in accordance with the school’s orientation,focus on self-development,achieve top-down and bottom-up coordination,involve both teachers and students in cultivation,facilitate two-way communication,and serve the exploration of an autonomous knowledge system for legal practice.
