摘　　要：课程思政是近年来新兴的一种教育观念,是加强高校思想政治工作的需要。法学类课程对于构建社会主义法治国家,提高国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化具有重要意义,《法律咨询》作为法学教学中重要的实务类课程,系统地研究“思政因子”在本课程中的实践与应用尤为重要。结合思政教育与真实发生在学生自己身边的现实案例,以“三线”为内核、“三融合”为重点、“三入”为目标,探索如何在教学方法、教学模式、教学手段等方面进行创新,从而实现“思政因子”无痕地植入课堂教学,有效落实“法律知识传授”与“价值引领”协同共进。Ideological and political education in courses is an emerging educational concept in recent years,which is essential for strengthening ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Law courses are of great significance for building a socialist country ruled by law and improving the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Legal Consultation,as a significant practical course in legal education,makes it particularly important to systematically study the practice and application of“ideological and political factors”in this course.By combining ideological and political education with real-life cases happening around students,and taking the“three lines”as the core,“three integrations”as the focus,and“three infusions”as the goal,how to innovate in teaching methods,teaching modes,and teaching means is explored,so as to realize the seamless implantation of“ideological and political factors”into classroom teaching and effectively achieve the synergy between imparting legal knowledge and value guidance.
