摘 要:由于企业工艺参数实验数据内部机理复杂性难以真实呈现,教学中用以评价建模效果的标准也难以建立和可视化。为提高学生综合运用知识解决复杂现实问题的能力,提出一种基于数值模拟的复杂多响应参数综合实验设计方法。教师利用数值模拟的方法模拟复杂多响应参数优化问题,获取具有优化评价能力的实验数据。学生利用主成分分析、神经网络、响应曲面法等优化方法进行最优参数设计。以教师实验设计的理论最优参数作为评价标准,可对学生优化方案进行评价分析,且能够直观观察到复杂机理关系及最优组合点。通过综合实验的学习,学生能够直观地对比分析各方法优化效果的优劣,从而提升探究、分析与解决问题的思维能力,有助于综合能力的培养。Because of the complexity of the internal mechanism of enterprise parameter experimental data,it is difficult to truly present,and the standards used to evaluate the modeling effect in teaching are difficult to establish and visualize.In order to improve students'ability to solve complex practical problems by using knowledge comprehensively,a complex multi-response parameter integrated experiment design method based on numerical simulation was proposed.Teachers use numerical simulation methods to simulate complex multi-response parameter optimization problems and obtain experimental data with optimization evaluation ability.Students use principal component analysis,neural network,response surface method and other optimization methods to design the optimal parameters.Using the theoretical optimal parameters of teachers'experimental design as evaluation criteria,the students'optimization scheme is evaluated and analyzed,and the complex mechanism relationship and the optimal combination point can be directly observed.Through the study of comprehensive experiments,students can intuitively compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the optimization effects of various methods,so as to improve the thinking ability of exploration,analysis and problem solving,which is conducive to the cultivation of comprehensive ability.
