摘　　要：目的分析2010—2019年珠海市恶性肿瘤发病情况及变化趋势,为完善恶性肿瘤防控策略提供依据。方法收集2010—2019年珠海市户籍居民恶性肿瘤发病数据,采用Excel 2016和SPSS 19.0软件进行数据归类整理,分析珠海市恶性肿瘤发病率、年龄别发病率、分部位发病率,采用t检验进行组间比较,应用Joinpoint回归模型分析年度发病趋势。结果2010—2019年珠海市户籍居民恶性肿瘤平均发病率为266.68/10万,中标率为219.40/10万。中标率年度变化百分比为0.23%,女性中标率呈上升趋势,不同年份恶性肿瘤中标率比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.373,P<0.05);男性中标率呈下降趋势,不同年份恶性肿瘤中标率比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.927,P>0.05)。发病率居前十位的恶性肿瘤依次为乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、子宫颈癌、甲状腺癌、鼻咽癌、子宫体癌、前列腺癌和胃癌,占所有恶性肿瘤发病例数的74.01%。结论2010—2019年珠海市户籍居民恶性肿瘤发病率总体呈上升趋势,肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、甲状腺癌、鼻咽癌、子宫体癌、前列腺癌和胃癌是危害珠海市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,应给予重点关注。Objective To analyze the incidence and changeing trend of malignant tumors in Zhuhai from 2010 to 2019,so as to provide evidence for the improvement of malignant tumors prevention and control strategies.Methods The incidence data of malignant tumors among registered residents in Zhuhai from 2010 to 2019 were collected,and classified and sorted using Excel 2016 and SPSS 19.0 software.The overall incidence rates,age-specific incidence rates,and location-specific incidence rates of malignant tumors were analyzed.Group comparisons were conducted using t-tests,and annual annual incidence trends were analyzed using the Joinpoint regression model.Results From 2010 to 2019,the average incidence rate of malignant tumors in Zhuhai household registered residents was 266.68/100000,with a standardized rate of Chinese population was 219.40/100000.The annual percentage change of standardized rate of Chinese population was 0.23%.Comparing the standardized rate of Chinese population in different years,the standardized rate of Chinese population for females showed an increasing trend,the differences was statistically significant(t=3.373,P<0.05),while for males,the trend was decreasing but the differences was not statistically significant(t=-1.927,P>0.05).The top ten malignant tumors with the highest incidence rate were breast cancer lung cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer,cervical cancer,thyroid cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,uterine body cancer,prostate cancer,and gastric cancer,accounting for 74.01%of all cases of malignant tumors.Conclusion The overall incidence rate of malignant tumors among household registered residents in Zhuhai City shows an upward trend from 2010 to 2019.Lung cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,cervical cancer,thyroid cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,uterine body cancer,prostate cancer,and gastric cancer are the primary malignant tumors threatening the health of Zhuhai residents and warrant focused attention.
