摘　　要：高校实习实训是高校教育的重要部分,学生通过校外实习基地开展实践教育,其运行机制是影响高校实习实训的关键因素。从目前来看,许多院校已经和企业,研究院以及其他单位机构合作共建实习基地,但这些实习基地数量显然不够,且问题较多,实习基地不能作为学生与企事业单位沟通的纽带,预期效果无法实现。为此,文章对高校实习基地建设过程中的一些不足进行简单说明,通过对其现实意义进行分析,为高校实习基地建设提供可行性策略,通过提高实习教学的质量,培养学生的陶瓷制品设计实践能力、创新能力,推动应用型本科陶瓷制品设计的校外实习基地培养出更多优秀人才。College practice and training is an important part of college education.Students carry out practice education through off-campus practice base,and its operating mechanism is the key factor affecting college practice and training.From the current point of view,many colleges and universities have cooperated with enterprises,research institutes and other units to build internship bases,but the number of these internship bases is obviously not enough,and there are many problems,internship bases can not be used as a link between students and enterprises and institutions,the expected effect can not be achieved.To this end,the paper briefly explains some deficiencies in the construction process of college practice base,analyzes its practical significance,and provides feasible strategies for the construction of college practice base.By improving the quality of practice teaching,students can cultivate their practical ability and innovation ability of ceramic product design.Promote application-oriented undergraduate ceramic product design off-campus practice base to cultivate more outstanding talents.
