摘　　要：澳洲坚果是我国新兴的坚果产业之一,具有种植容易、商品价值高等优势,在我国云南、广西、贵州、广东、四川等地广泛种植。近年来,我国对澳洲坚果支持力度明显增强,澳洲坚果产业快速发展,从澳洲坚果种质及品种选育、栽培情况、病虫害防控、采收及产品加工、人才团队等方面全面阐述了澳洲坚果产业研究现状,总结了国际澳洲坚果成功经验,探讨了我国澳洲坚果产业发展存在的问题和需求,提出了我国澳洲坚果产业发展的建议,以期促进我国澳洲坚果的高质量发展。The macadamia nut is one of the emerging nut industries in China,which has the advantages of easy cultivation and high commodity value.It is widely planted in Yunnan,Guangxi,Guizhou,Guangdong,Sichuan and other places in China.In recent years,China has significantly increased its support for macadamia nuts,resulting in rapid industry growth.This paper provides a comprehensive description of the current state of the macadamia nut industry,covering topics such as macadamia nut germplasm and variety selection,cultivation,pest prevention and control,harvesting,product processing,and talent development.It also summarises successful international experiences with macadamia nuts,discusses the challenges and needs of China’s macadamia nut industry,and offers suggestions for its development to promote high-quality macadamia nut production in China.
