摘 要:针对港航供应链中绿色技术投资与共享的竞合决策问题,构建了两条竞争性港航供应链模型,其中一条链包含技术创新型港口企业和航运企业,另一条链包含技术跟随型港口企业和航运企业。技术创新型港口企业可通过投资研发绿色技术并选择性地与技术跟随型港口企业共享技术,而航运企业则可选择与同链条上的港口企业进行纵向合作投资。研究探讨了技术创新型港口企业的最优技术投资和共享策略,分析了技术跟随型港口企业和航运企业的最优决策,并考察了投资成本系数、投资成本分担比例以及绿色竞争程度对港航链成员企业利润的影响。研究发现:当技术投资成本系数较低且绿色竞争程度较高时,技术创新型港口企业倾向于不共享技术,并偏好纵向合作投资;当绿色竞争程度较低时,只有在技术投资成本系数适中的情况下,技术跟随型港口企业才不愿意接受技术共享,当绿色竞争程度较高时,只有在技术投资成本系数适中的情况下,该企业才愿意接受技术共享;当技术投资成本分担比例较低时,下游航运企业才会参与纵向合作技术投资;纵向合作投资情形下技术创新型港口企业的最优服务绿色度高于单独投资情形下,当技术投资成本系数较低且绿色竞争程度较高时,横向技术共享情形下该企业的最优服务绿色度低于无共享情形下。研究结论为港航供应链中的绿色技术投资与共享提供了决策参考,对推动航运业绿色转型和高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。This study addresses the competition and cooperation decision-making issues related to green tech-nology investment and sharing in the shipping supply chain.Two competitive shipping supply chains have been pro-posed,in which one chain consists of a port enterprise and a shipping company both featuring technological innova-tion and the other of counterparts characteristic of technological following.The technology-innovative port enterprise can share the new green technology by investing in R&D with the technology-following port enterprise and the ship-ping companies have the option to cooperate vertically with the port enterprise on the same chain in investment.Then the study explores the optimal technology investment and sharing strategies of technology-innovative port en-terprises,analyzes the optimal decisions of the technology-following port enterprise and the shipping company,and examines the impact of investment cost coefficients,investment cost sharing ratios and green competition degrees on the profits of shipping supply chain members.It is found that,(i)when the cost coefficient of technological invest-ment is low and the degree of green competition is high,the technology-innovative port enterprise will not share the new technology,and the enterprise always tends to engage in vertical cooperation for technological investment;(ii)if the degree of green competition is low,only when the cost coefficient of technological investment is moderate will the technology-following port enterprise be unwilling to accept the new technology sharing,whereas if the degree of green competition is high,only when the cost coefficient of technological investment is moderate will the enterprise be willing to accept the new technology sharing;(iii)when the proportion of technology investment cost sharing is low,the downstream shipping company will participate in the vertical cooperative technology investment;(iv)the op-timal service greenness of technology-innovative port enterprise under the vertical cooperative investment sce
