摘  要:该文基于佰腾和专利之星专利检索数据库,以玫瑰花采摘机械为研究对象,检索了2024年之前国内关于玫瑰花采摘设备的相关专利,并统计分析了玫瑰花采摘设备申请专利的技术类别、申请地域、申请机构、发展方向等。专利数据显示,国内第1件玫瑰花采摘设备的专利申请是在2005年,2017年前后玫瑰花采摘设备进入专利申请高峰,并在2023年有所回落,这与市场需求变化和技术发展的阶段特征有关。江苏、山东一带在玫瑰花采摘设备的专利申请上明显高于其他省份,这与这2个地区的农业基础、科研机构的聚集及市场需求有关;专利数据还显示,其技术热点主要集中在搭载机器视觉系统的机器人技术上。通过专利数据分析揭示了玫瑰花采摘设备未来的发展方向,为该设备及其相关技术的深入研究提供了重要参考。Based on the patent query database of Baiteng and Patent Star,with rose picking machines as the research object,this article retrieved the relevant patent information of rose picking machines before 2024,and statistically analyzed the technical categories,application areas,application institutions and development directions of rose picking machines.According to the patent data,the first patent application for rose picking equipment in China was in 2005.Since 2017,rose picking equipment has reached the peak of patent application and declined in 2023,which is related to the change in market demand and market characteristics of technology development.The patent application of rose picking equipment in Shandong Province of Jiangsu Province was significantly higher than other provinces,which is related to the agricultural base,the accumulation of scientific research institutions and market demand in the two regions.The patent data also showed that its technical hotspots are mainly focused on robotic technology equipped with vision systems.Through the analysis of patent data,the future development direction of rose picking equipment is revealed to provide an important reference for the in-depth study of the equipment and related technologies.
