摘　　要：乡村文化是构成乡村社会的要素之一,是乡村居民生活模式和价值取向的映射。在城市化进程中,乡村文化面临消失、同化等严峻挑战。以天津市西小站村为例,提取并转化资源要素为创新动力,提出“文化挖掘—空间整合—机制保障”的文化重塑策略;并以乡村文化为基础,汇总、提炼、加工线性文化体验路线,提出“政企校村”联动机制和“1+1+N”管理模式,探索乡村文化传承新路径,助力实现乡村可持续发展。Rural culture is one of the elements that constitute the rural society and the reflection of rural residents’life pattern and value orientation.In the process of urbanization,rural culture is faced with severe challenges such as disappearance and assimilation.Taking Xixiaozhan Village in Tianjin as an example,the paper extracts and transforms resource elements into innovation power,and puts forward the cultural reshaping strategy of“cultural mining,spatial integration and mechanism guarantee”.Based on the rural culture,summarize,refine and process the linear cultural experience route,propose the linkage mechanism of“government,enterprise,school and village”and the management mode of“1+1+N”,explore a new path of rural culture inheritance,and help to realize the sustainable rural development.
