基于蒸发排放试验和混动车型蒸发控制方式的炭罐研究

摘  要:近年来,混合动力车型的销量趋势呈现出强劲的增长势头,但混动车型与传统燃油车型的蒸发排放控制方法存在差异。本文分析了各国法规的蒸发排放试验方法以及混动车型的蒸发控制方法,并通过实验对炭罐的吸附能力和有效容积进行了研究。得到了混动车辆的炭罐吸附能力应满足加油和炭罐老化的要求,且有效容积应尽可能减小的结论。In recent years,the sales trend of hybrid vehicles has shown strong growth momentum,but there are diff erences in the evaporative emission control methods between hybrid vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles.This article analyzes the evaporation emission test methods of various countries'regulations and the evaporation control methods of hybrid vehicles,and studies the adsorption capacity and eff ective volume of carbon cans through experiments.The conclusion has been drawn that the adsorption capacity of the carbon canister in hybrid vehicles should meet the requirements of refueling and carbon canister aging,and the eff ective volume should be minimized as much as possible.
