摘  要:针对当前新能源汽车和智能网联汽车产业领域人才难以满足国家战略和社会需求的问题,结合新能源汽车和智能网联汽车领域所需人才应掌握的理论知识与实践技术,采用产教融合、虚实结合、线上线下结合的教学方式,设计了新能源与智能网联汽车技术微专业培养目标、建设和实施。基于微专业的人才培养,既提高了人才培养质量,又能进一步满足国家对新能源汽车和智能网联汽车产业人才的重大需求。In view of the current problem that talents in the fi eld of new energy vehicles and intelligent networked vehicles are diffi cult to meet the national strategy and social needs,combined with the theoretical knowledge and practical technology that the talents required in the fi eld of new energy vehicles and intelligent networked vehicles should master,the training objectives,construction and implementation of new energy and intelligent networked vehicle technology micro-majors are designed by adopting the teaching methods of integration of production and education,virtual and real,and online and offl ine.Talent training based on micro-specialties not only improves the quality of talent training,but also further meets the country's major demand for talents in the new energy vehicle and intelligent networked vehicle industries.
