技工教育联盟视域下高技能人才培养路径探究

摘  要:针对当前技师学院高技能人才培养模式现状进行分析,指出其中存在的主要问题。以技工教育联盟为视角,分析技工联盟对技工教育发展的现实意义,探索“机制创新、多元共育、专业实践教学”的高技能人才培养模式。通过机制创新,构建政校企行一体参与的政策机制保障联盟运行;通过实施多元共育,搭建联盟成员间交流共享平台,实现优质资源共享,通过政校企行联合,保障技能人才培养方向与企业需求吻合;通过实施专业实践教学保障培养过程工学交替实施,提升高技能人才技能水平。This paper analyzes the current situation of the training mode of high-skilled talents in technician colleges,and points out the main problems.From the perspective of the technical education alliance,this paper analyzes the practical signifi cance of the technical alliance to the development of technical education,and explores the training mode of high-skilled talents with"mechanism innovation,diversified co-education,and professional practice teaching".Through mechanism innovation,we will build a policy mechanism with the integrated participation of government,school,enterprise and industry to ensure the operation of the alliance.Through the implementation of diversifi ed co-education,we will build an exchange and sharing platform among alliance members to achieve high-quality resource sharing,and ensure that the direction of skilled talent training is consistent with the needs of enterprises through the cooperation of government,school,enterprise and bank;Through the implementation of professional practice teaching,the training process is guaranteed to be carried out alternately between engineering and learning,and the skill level of high-skilled talents is improved.
