摘 要:随着现代汽车产业的迅猛发展,汽车专业教育面临着新的挑战与发展机遇,教师的育人功能日益受到重视。本文依托核心素养理论,分析了汽车教育现状,并探讨了核心素养对于提升教师教学质量的重要性。本研究提出了一套符合汽车专业特点的教师育人评价标准,旨在引导教师关注专业素养的培养,确保教学活动与行业需求同步。本文设计的评价体系明确了评价的架构和指标,具有操作性和针对性,为汽车专业教育者提供了一种新的评价工具。通过该研究的评价体系构建,旨在推动汽车专业教育质量的提升,促进教师专业发展。With the rapid development of the modern automobile industry,automotive education is facing new challenges and development opportunities,and the role of teachers in educating students is increasingly valued.This article analyzes the current status of automotive education based on the theory of core competencies,and discusses the importance of core competencies in improving the quality of teaching by teachers.This research proposes a set of teacher evaluation standards that are in line with the characteristics of the automotive industry,aiming to guide teachers to pay attention to the cultivation of professional competencies and ensure that teaching activities are synchronized with industry needs.The evaluation system designed in this article clearly defi nes the framework and indicators of evaluation,and has operability and pertinence,providing a new evaluation tool for automotive educators.Through the construction of this evaluation system,the aim is to promote the improvement of the quality of automotive education and facilitate the professional development of teachers.
