摘 要:教育数字化是提高教育质量的有效途径,并且为新工科建设提供了新的工具和平台。采用视频引伸计的方法可有效实现机械类专业金属材料拉伸实验教学的数字化改革。在现有的视频引伸计拉伸实验教学中,拉伸设备和试棒耗材昂贵,实验成本高,不宜多次重复实验,并且实验准备时间较长,操作复杂,实验效率低。针对上述问题,设计了一种基于弹簧测力计的数字化拉伸实验教学装置,用弹簧测力计的弹簧模拟拉伸试棒,弹簧测力计的指针作为视频引伸计,利用机器视觉技术测量指针随时间变化的位移,以实现机械类专业金属材料拉伸实验教学的数字化改革。Education digitalization is an eff ective way to improve the quality of education,and provides a new tool and platform for the construction of new engineering.The method of video extensometer can eff ectively realize the digital reform of tensile experimental teaching of mechanical professional metal materials.In the existing video extensometer tensile experiment teaching,the tensile equipment and test rod consumables are expensive,the experimental cost is high,the experiment should not be repeated many times,and the experimental preparation time is long,the operation is complex,and the experimental effi ciency is low.In order to solve the above problems,a digital tensile experiment teaching device based on spring dynamometer was designed,the spring of the spring dynamometer was used to simulate the tensile test rod,the pointer of the spring dynamometer was used as a video extensometer,and the displacement of the pointer with time was measured by machine vision technology,so as to realize the digital reform of the tensile experiment teaching of mechanical professional metal materials.
