摘　　要：随着全国机动车保有量的增加,轻微道路交通事故也成为一种常见的社会现象,如果处理不及时会造成道路拥堵,严重的还会造成二次事故,为了提高事故处理效率,实现数据多跑路、群众少跑腿的工作目标,各地公安交管部门先后开展了轻微道路交通事故视频快处业务,利用12123APP的图像传输、视频连线等功能模块处理轻微道路交通事故,轻微事故快速取证模式的特点和优势进行了全面分析,并对视频取证的技巧进行探讨。With the increase of the number of motor vehicles in the country,minor road traffi c accidents have also become a common social phenomenon.If the treatment is not timely,it will cause road congestion,and serious accidents will also cause secondary accidents.In order to improve the effi ciency of accident processing,to achieve the goal of more data to run and the masses to run less errands,the local public security traffi c management departments have successively carried out the video fast service of minor road traffic accidents,and used the image transmission,video connection and other functional modules of 12123APP to deal with minor road traffi c accidents.The characteristics and advantages of the rapid forensics mode for minor accidents are comprehensively analyzed,and the skills of video forensics are discussed.
