摘 要:浆液起泡机理以及治理措施的研究已经逐渐成为脱硫脱硝装置的重要课题,如何改进脱硫除尘的工艺,从而从根本上解决浆液起泡问题,对保证脱硫效率,满足脱硫除尘指标具有深远意义。文章对综合塔起泡溢流的原因及解决办法进行了探讨,对综合塔浆液溢流的现象、起泡机理、原因等进行了分析,介绍了浆液溢流对脱硫除尘系统运行的危害,提出了综合塔浆液冒溢的预防和处理措施,使浆液起泡冒溢现象得到有效抑制,确保了脱硫除尘设备长周期安全稳定运行。The research on the foaming mechanism of slurry and the treatment measures has gradually become an important topic of desulfurization and denitrification equipment.How to improve the desulfurization and dust removal process to fundamentally solve the problem of slurry foaming has far-reaching significance for ensuring the desulfurization efficiency and successfully completing the desulfurization and dust removal targets.The causes and solutions of the bubbling overflow of the comprehensive tower were discussed,the phenomenon,foaming mechanism and causes of the slurry overflow of the comprehensive tower were analyzed,the harm of the slurry overflow to the operation of the desulfurization and dust removal system were introduced,and the prevention and treatment measures of the slurry overflow of the comprehensive tower were put forward,so that the slurry bubbling overflow phenomenon can be effectively restrained,and the long period of safe and stable operation of the desulfurization dust removal equipment can be ensured.
