摘　　要：优选四逆汤浸膏粉喷雾干燥工艺条件,验证工艺可行性。以进风温度、蠕动泵速度、风机频率为影响因素,以Hassan法计算得粉率和含水量的总评OD值为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化四逆汤浸膏粉喷雾工艺。结果表明,最佳喷雾工艺条件为提取液密度1.02g/mL,糊精含量为其与提取液固含量比例为1∶1,进风温度150℃,蠕动泵速度12r/min,风机频率90Hz。总评OD值平均值为0.950,各指标RSD均小于3%,试验证明优选后的四逆汤浸膏粉喷雾干燥工艺稳定可行。The spray drying process of Sini Tang extract powder was optimized to verify the feasibility of the process.Taking the inlet air temperature,the speed of the peristaltic pump,and the frequency of the fan as the influencing factors,and the overall evaluation OD value of the powder rate and water content calculated by Hassan method as the evaluation index,the Box Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the spray process of Sini Decoction extract powder.The results showed that the optimum spray process conditions were as follows:the density of extract solution was 1.02 g/mL,the ratio of dextrin content to extract liquid solid content was 1∶1,the inlet air temperature was 150℃,the speed of peristaltic pump was 12 r/min,and the fan frequency was 90 Hz.The validation test was conducted under this condition,and the average powder rate was 88.25%,the average water content was 4.18%,the average overall evaluation OD value was 0.950,and the RSD of each index value was less than 3%.The test proved that the optimized spray drying process of Sini Tang extract powder was stable and feasible.
