摘 要:从国际传播视角来看,新时代我国高校英语演讲课程目标定位宜明确为培养当代大学生用英语讲好中国故事的能力。以此观之,当前我国高校英语演讲课程教学尚存在以下问题:教材内容忽略“辨析整合”,本位理念缺失;学生群体传播意识不强,传播能力有限;教师在教学中普遍缺少思辨及跨文化传播能力培养意识。依据国际传播的学理及实践逻辑,可以从四个方面开展综合性课程改革:一是高站位明确课程目标定位;二是多维度强化传播主体意识;三是战略性重构教学内容体系;四是信息化赋能教学模式创新。From the perspective of international communication,the objectives of college English public speaking courses in the new era should be clearly defined as:cultivating college students'ability to tell Chinese stories well in English.However,the current state of college English public speaking education in China presents the following issues:the content of teaching materials neglecting“analysis and integration”with lacking a sense of identity;students exhibiting low communication awareness and limited communication capabilities;and teachers generally lacking awareness of critical thinking and intercultural communication ability cultivation in teaching.Based on the theoretical and practical logic of international communication,a comprehensive curriculum reform can be initiated in four aspects:first,establishing a high-level positioning of the course objectives;second,strengthening the awareness of communication subjects across multiple dimensions;third,strategically reconstructing the teaching content system;and fourth,innovating the teaching model through informational empowerment.
