摘　　要：该文重点研究影响家庭体育代际关系的成因及表现,同时探索家庭体育中的角色定位和沟通策略是否对代际的关系产生影响以及影响机制。通过定量与定性研究相结合的方法,全面探讨了这些因素之间的关系。研究发现,在家庭体育活动中,灵活的角色定位和有效的沟通策略对缓解代际冲突、构建和谐的代际关系至关重要。同时,揭示了家庭体育活动中代际冲突与和谐的内在机制,并提出了针对性的策略和建议。研究有助于指导家庭体育的组织和实施,促进家庭和谐和社会进步,为理解和优化家庭关系提供有益的指导和借鉴。This article focuses on the causes and manifestations of intergenerational relationships in family sports,while exploring whether role positioning and communication strategies in family sports have an impact on intergenerational relationships and how they do so.A mixed method combining quantitative and qualitative research was used to comprehensively explore the relationship between these factors.Research has found that flexible role positioning and effective communication strategies are crucial for alleviating intergenerational conflicts and building harmonious intergenerational relationships in family sports activities.At the same time,the internal mechanisms of intergenerational conflicts and harmony in family sports activities were revealed,and targeted strategies and suggestions were proposed.The research can help guide the organization and implementation of family sports,promote family harmony and social progress,and provide useful guidance and reference for understanding and optimizing family relationships.
