思政教育与轨道交通人才职业素质培养的融合探索——以《轨道交通职业素养与安全技术课程》为例

摘　　要：思政引领,梦想起航。在交通强国的战略背景下,粤港澳大湾区作为我国经济发展的重要引擎,对于高水平轨道交通人才的需求日益迫切。本文以《轨道交通职业素质与安全技术》课程为例,通过梳理思政主线,厘清课程思政总设计思路,以“传承弘扬大国工匠精神”为主线,将课程思政内容融进铁路职业道德、铁路员工职业化素养、安全生产管理知识、轨道交通应急管理、轨道交通作业安全技术五个模块展开授课。通过将工匠精神融入轨道交通专业教育,以“传承弘扬大国工匠精神”为思政教育主线,根据岗位职业能力要求和典型工作任务开展专业课教育,探索出一条将思政教育与专业教育深度融合的新路径。Ideology and politics lead,and dreams set sail.Under the strategic background of a transportation power,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as an important engine of China's economic development,has an increasingly urgent demand for high-level rail transit talents.Taking the course"Rail Transit Professional Quality and Safety Technology"as an example,this paper clarifies the general design ideas of the course ideology and politics by combing the main line of ideology and politics,and integrates the ideological and political content of the course into five modules:railway professional ethics,railway employees'professional literacy,safety production management knowledge,rail transit emergency management,and rail transit operation safety technology.By integrating the craftsman spirit into the professional education of rail transit,taking"inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen of a great country"as the main line of ideological and political education,and carrying out professional course education according to the requirements of job vocational ability and typical work tasks,a new path of deep integration of ideological and political education and professional education has been explored.
