摘 要:“四链协同”的实质是知识、技术、人才、资金、政策等要素的加快聚集并实现共享互联相通,形成相互促进相互作用的良性循环。通过现状分析来看,高职院校在“四链协同”仍存在教育链与产业链融合不紧、人才链与产业链需求不对等、创新链与产业链融合度低等薄弱。要打通教育链、人才链、创新链、产业链的堵点,进一步推进汽车职业教育“四链协同”,本课题提出通过“四链协同”联动机制的构建、产教融合实践平台的搭建、工位研学实践模式的探索、专创融合人才培养方案的制定、创新创业育人路径的实践等措施的探索和实践,有效联动高职院校“四链协同”创新创业育人体系的构建,提出切实可行的技能人才培养路径,为推动高职教育高质量发展贡献力量。The essence of"four-chain synergy"is to accelerate the gathering of knowledge,technology,talents,funds,policies and other elements and realize sharing and interconnection,forming a virtuous circle of mutual promotion and interaction.Through the analysis of the current situation,it is found there are still weaknesses in the"four-chain synergy"of higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of tight integration between the education chain and the industrial chain,the unequal demand between the talent chain and the industrial chain,and the low integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain.In order to get through the blocking points of the education chain,talent chain,innovation chain and industrial chain,and further promote the"four-chain synergy"of automotive vocational education,this topic proposes to effectively link the construction of the"four-chain synergy"innovation and entrepreneurship education system of higher vocational colleges through the construction of the"four-chain synergy"linkage mechanism,the construction of the practice platform for the integration of industry and education,the exploration and practice of the research and practice mode of the workplace,the formulation of the talent training program for the integration of specialization and innovation,and the practice of the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to contribute to the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
